How does the garment sizing work?
Our sizing is based on a one size fits all. It is best suited to a small and medium fit combined. Our sizing has been well-received in the terms of the varied body shapes and heights of women.

Do you have a store?
We currently are situated in 6 Station Drive, Shop 2, Morningside Durban. You are also able to find our clothing stocked at Adele Catherine in Kloof and Willow in Windermere Centre and La Lucia Mall.

Do you make custom garments?
We are currently not focusing on custom design wear and we don’t offer alterations or tailoring.

How do you wash the garments?
All our garments are made from delicate fabrics. We strongly suggest you hand wash them and take good care of items, as well as the way the garments get handled to avoid unnecessary damage.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from our Durban studio in South Africa.

How long does shipping take?
If you stay in the Durban area, shipping can take 1 – 2 days.
If you stay in Johannesburg, Cape Town, surrounds or outlying it can take 2 – 3 days.
For international shipping please contact us directly.

Can I track my order?
Yes you can. You will be allocated a tracking number once your parcel is on its way to you. We want to ensure that the delivery process is as positive and reliable as possible.

Can I return my product if I’m not satisfied?
Yes you can. As long as you exchange it within 7 days in the condition it arrived in, with all the tags still attached and unworn. You can exchange the returned item for another garment within the Lucia shop. We do not do offer refunds. If you are returning an item to us, please ensure you email us to get in touch.

Who pays for the shipping when I return an item?
We kindly ask that you pay for the return fees. Please make sure you have checked our size chart guidelines to ensure that you are satisfied prior to purchasing an item.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do sell gift vouchers. If you are wanting a gift voucher, please get in touch via email and we will ensure to send you one customized to the amount you would like to spend.

Do you have a gift wrapping service?
Our garments come packaged in our signature style packaging. If there is a custom requirement you would like you can get in-touch with us and we can help you with anything more specific.

Do you do deliveries?
Yes we do deliver, but a delivery fee is applicable. We currently deliver within Durban and can courier to other cities in South Africa.

If an item online is sold out, can you order one specifically for me?
Most of our pieces are limited and unique. But let us know and we can see how we can assist you.

Can sale items be returned?
When we run sales there is a no refund/no exchange policy unless it’s a manufacturing fault. Please ensure when purchasing your product that you are happy with the size curve.
