All orders are processed once payment has been received.
Local door-to-door delivery is charged at a flat rate of R110. For international orders, please contact us at info@shoplucia.co.za with the items you would like to purchase and we will gladly arrange shipping via DHL.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days unless otherwise stated. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 2–3 working days, while deliveries to outlying areas may take 3–5 working days.
Please ensure that your delivery details are entered correctly when placing your order. Lucia cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information or the recipient being unavailable to receive the parcel. While we work with trusted courier partners, responsibility for the parcel transfers once it has been dispatched from our premises.
Lucia does not offer refunds unless an item is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect.
At Lucia, we take great pride in producing limited-run garments in small batches. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
We are happy to offer an exchange within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached.
To help ensure the best fit, we encourage customers to carefully review our size guide and product descriptions before placing an order. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will gladly assist.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty due to a genuine manufacturing defect.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a reputable courier service with tracking when returning an item, as Lucia cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Exchanged items are not eligible for a further exchange, return, or refund. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your selection before completing your purchase.
Sale items, promotional purchases, discounted items, gift vouchers, and credit vouchers are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Orders may not be cancelled once they have been processed and entered into production or dispatch. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Gift vouchers and credit vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any unused balance remaining after this period will expire and cannot be refunded, extended, or redeemed for cash.
Please note that all sale and discounted purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund unless the item is found to have a genuine manufacturing fault.
