Our sizes run from XS to XL (South African size 6 to 14). Each product page has a size guide with the garment’s measurements, so you can see exactly how that style is cut. Not sure which size to choose? Message us on Instagram or email info@shoplucia.co.za, and we’ll gladly help you find your perfect fit as soon as we can.

We don’t offer custom designs or alterations. From time to time we may be able to make an existing style in a different fabric, so feel free to ask.

Our fabrics are delicate, so we recommend hand washing in cool water and drying flat in the shade. Avoid tumble drying, and iron on a low heat if needed. Each product page has specific care instructions.

Every order is lovingly packed in our signature seasonal shopper. It’s ready to give, just as it is.

Our prints are made in limited quantities, so most styles won’t be restocked once they’re gone. Occasionally we do a very small restock of a favourite, so join our mailing list to be the first to know.

We accept card payments, Apple Pay and Zapper at checkout. You can also pay in 4 interest-free instalments with Payflex.

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can’t be changed or cancelled.

Some pieces are available on preorder while they’re in production. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page, and all our usual policies apply once your order is delivered.

All orders are shipped from Durban, South Africa.

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 working days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2 to 3 working days to main centres, and 3 to 5 working days to outlying areas.

Yes. You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Yes! We deliver door to door anywhere in South Africa for a flat rate of R110, and delivery is free on all orders over R1500.

Yes! Email info@shoplucia.co.za with the pieces you’d like, and we’ll arrange delivery via DHL.

Yes. We’re happy to exchange items within 10 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed and have all their tags attached. If your preferred item or size is unavailable, you’ll receive a credit voucher instead. Please note that we don’t offer refunds.

Return shipping is for your account, unless the item has a manufacturing fault.

Sale and discounted items are final sale, and can’t be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
