Our size curve currently offers sizes from Extra Small (6/30), Small (8/32), Medium (10/34), Large (12/36) & Extra Large (14/38).
We are currently not focusing on custom-designed garments and do not offer alterations or tailoring services.
However, if you have seen an existing Lucia style and would love it in a different colour or fabric, we are happy to explore the possibility. Please note that this is considered on a case-by-case basis and is subject to fabric availability, production schedules, seasonal timelines and capacity within our production team at the time.
All our garments are made from delicate fabrics. We strongly suggest you hand wash them and take good care of items, as well as the way the garments get handled to avoid unnecessary damage.
Store & Ordering
Lucia is currently available exclusively online. From time to time, we also host pop-ups and private shopping events. Keep an eye on our social media pages to find out where we'll be popping up next.
Yes, we offer digital gift vouchers, available to purchase online in a range of values. They make the perfect gift for any Lucia lover, allowing them to choose the piece they truly love.
Our garments come packaged in our signature packaging which will be our shopper bag of the season.
Many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities and are not always repeated. However, please feel free to reach out and we will see if there is anything we can do.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Durban, South Africa.
Once your order has been processed it can take up to 2–4 working days unless stated otherwise.
Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days within the Durban area and 2–3 working days for Johannesburg, Cape Town and most major centres. Delivery to outlying areas may take slightly longer.
For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist.
Yes you can. You will be allocated a tracking number once your parcel is on its way to you. We want to ensure that the delivery process is as positive and reliable as possible.
Yes, we do deliver but a delivery fee is applicable. We currently deliver within Durban and can courier to other cities in South Africa.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, you may exchange your purchase within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the garment is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
Eligible items may be exchanged for another garment of the same value or used as credit towards an alternative style. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

As a small independent business, we kindly ask that customers cover the cost of returning items for exchange. While we would love to offer complimentary returns, this is unfortunately not always possible for a small business producing limited quantities and small production runs.
To help ensure you are happy with your purchase, we encourage you to review our size guide, garment measurements and product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding sizing or fit, please feel free to contact us prior to purchasing and we will be so happy to assist.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any sale items, promotional purchases, or garments that have been purchased at a discounted price. All discounted purchases are considered final sale.
You are not able to return or exchange masks and buffs due to the Covid-19 pandemic and hygiene purposes.
