Our garments are a standard small, medium and large (32, 34 & 36). Our sizing has been well-received in terms of the varied body shapes and heights of women. On some of our garments you will notice that it is a one size fits all, which is best suited to a small and medium fit combined.

We are currently not focusing on custom design wear. We don’t offer alterations or tailoring.

All our garments are made from delicate fabrics. We strongly suggest you hand wash them and take good care of items, as well as the way the garments get handled to avoid unnecessary damage.

Our garments come packaged in our signature style packaging. If there is a custom requirement you would like you can get in-touch with us at info@shoplucia.co.za and we can help you with anything more specific.

Most of our pieces are limited and unique. But let us know and we can see what we can do.

We ship from our premises in Durban, South Africa.

Once we have processed your order which can take up to 2-4 working days we will then ship your order. If you stay in the Durban area, shipping can take 1 – 2 days.

If you stay in Johannesburg, Cape Town, surrounds or outlying it can take 2 – 3 days.

Yes you can. You will be allocated a tracking number once your parcel is on its way to you. We want to ensure that the delivery process is as positive and reliable as possible.

Yes, we do deliver but a delivery fee is applicable. We currently deliver within Durban and can courier to other cities in South Africa.

Yes you can. As long as you exchange it within 7 days in the condition it arrived in, with all the tags still attached and unworn. You can exchange the returned item for another garment. We do not do offer refunds. If you are returning an item to us, please ensure you get in-touch at info@shoplucia.co.za.

We kindly ask that you pay for the return fees. Please make sure you have checked our size chart guidelines to ensure that you are satisfied prior to purchasing an item.

When we run our big season sales we don’t offer exchanges and returns. You will need to ensure that you check that you are happy with the sizing of the garment before you check out.

You are not able to return or exchange masks and buffs due to the Covid-19 pandemic and hygiene purposes.
