RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that Lucia does not offer refunds, so we kindly ask that you read our policy before placing your order.

We gladly offer exchanges within 10 days of delivery, depending on stock availability. If your preferred item or size is unavailable, you will receive a credit voucher instead. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again or refunded. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and paid for.

Return shipping costs are for the customer’s account unless the item has a genuine manufacturing fault. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked courier, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on their way back to us.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 working days once payment is received, unless stated otherwise. Delivery takes up to 3 working days, or 3 to 5 working days for outlying areas.

Local door-to-door delivery is a flat rate of R110, and free on orders over R1500.

Shopping from outside South Africa? Email info@shoplucia.co.za with the items you’d like, and we’ll gladly arrange delivery via DHL.

Please make sure your delivery details are correct, as Lucia cannot be held responsible for losses due to an incorrect address or the parcel not being received. Once your parcel has left us, it is in the courier’s care.
