Introducing our Lucia Dress, a brand-new style and one of Lucia's personal favourites from this collection. Thoughtfully designed using elements she loves from both past Lucia pieces and treasured dresses collected during her travels, this style is effortlessly feminine and timeless.

Featuring a beautiful neckline with with covered button detailing, an inverted V empire line and a softly gathered skirt with delicate frill accents. The Lucia Dress creates a flattering and elegant silhouette. The long sleeves are finished with elasticated cuffs, creating a subtle frill effect and adding a romantic touch, this deatail was inspired by our London Tops.

Designed to be as comfortable as it is beautiful, this easy-to-wear style transitions effortlessly between seasons. Crafted in a lightweight, breathable fabric and is perfect for cooler days while remaining comfortable enough for warmer weather.

• This dress is very delicate, please hand wash this garment on a very low temperature to ensure its longevity and to avoid any shrinkage.

RETURNS

Please note that Lucia strictly does not do refunds. Before you make a purchase please be mindful of our policy. We will gladly exchange items that have been purchased within 7 days depending on stock availability, otherwise you will be given a credit voucher. The items must be returned unwashed, unused, unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled nor can a full refund be given. Once you have paid and placed your order, your order is final.

Please refer to the sizing before you check out, as you will be liable for any return fees. If you are unsure, please send us an email so we can assist you as once you have paid and placed your order, your order is final. Customers are responsible for their own return cost of the shipping unless it’s a legitimate manufacturing fault. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not be held liable for any missing parcels, so we do suggest you consider a courier with a tracking service. If you exchange your order for another garment or garments within the 7 day period please note that once you receive your order and ask for another exchange that it unfortunately will not be possible and nor will a refund. We ask you to kindly make sure you are happy with your order before purchasing and if you have any hesitations to please contact us prior to placing an order. Please note that gift vouchers and credit vouchers need to be used within 1 year since the day of issue. If you do not make use of your voucher within this time frame it will become invalid and you will not be refunded.

SALES

When we run sales there is a no refund/no exchange policy unless it’s a manufacturing fault. Please ensure when purchasing your product that you are happy with the size curve.

SHIPPING

Your order will be processed within 2-5 working days unless stipulated otherwise. All orders will be dispatched once payment has been received. Local door-to-door deliveries are a standard flat rate of R110. If you want to purchase internationally, you are most welcome to email us at info@shoplucia.co.za with what you would like to order and we can arrange via DHL for you. Once orders are completed they will then be dispatched with our courier service and should arrive within 2 – 4 working days. Please note that shipping to outlying areas will take 3 – 5 working days. Please note that Lucia will not be held responsible for any losses due to an incorrect delivery address or absence of receipt. Once the parcel has left our premises we are not responsible for loss or damage.
